How long does the shipping of my purchase take?

It usually takes 2-15 working days depending on your location (EU - up to 10 working days, rest of the world - up to 15 working days).

What's your return/refund policy?

You can return your purchase within 30 days since placing the order. To be eligible for a refund, your purchase must be unused and in the original packaging.
